How do I place an order?

Placing an order an All About Her.Com is Simple. Sign in or register in the upper right hand corner of AllAboutHer.com. If you’re a returning AllAboutHer.com customer, enter your e-mail address and password. If you’re new to AllAboutHer.Com select “create account. Once you’re signed-up, you can begin shopping!

Can I cancel my recent order?

Orders that have already started the production process or that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Do you have a mailing list?

Yes, to sign-up, visit AllAboutHer.com click the bar at the top of the site where it says, “Join our mailing list.” We will keep you posted on all of our latest specials.

Where do you get your products?

All products come either directly from the manufacturer or from authorized distributors.

What if i can’t find a Product?

If you are looking for more unusual or hard-to-find items, please use the contact form and let us know what you are looking for. Hopefully we can stock the item you would like in the future.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the sign-in page, you’ll see a link that says, “Forgot your Password?” Click this link and follow the instructions. A link for resetting your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

When will my items arrive?

Please allow for 2-8 business days for arrival (continental USA only). Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed out the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST Friday will be processed on next business day.

How do I purchase my items at checkout?

When you’re ready to pay, click “view your cart” in the upper right part of the page to see all the items in your cart. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Follow the on-screen instructions including adding billing and shipping information.

I have a coupon. How do I redeem it?

When you checkout, you’ll see a field to enter the coupon. Only one coupon may be used per order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How can i track my shipment?

When you place an order, we send an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
